Every month, we conduct a poll among a representative sample of adult Americans on four key issues that impact them in a very personal way. Those issues are:
- The national economy
- Their personal job situation
- Their housing situation
- Their personal relationships
A score is developed for each component and then combined into one overall score.
Scores range from 0 to 10, with higher scores indicating a positive outlook.
